Bread bodies are designed for transporting confectionery and bakery products in special trays. Inside, they are divided into special compartments in which racks for trays are placed. The number of compartments depends on the body model, chassis type and customer needs. Our company offers a choice of several standard options for manufacturing and custom-made production.
A bread body of “improved” type is one of the most reliable options. As a wall material, stacked sandwich panels are used. Moisture resistant bakelite plywood can be as a floor covering. Also in this version, the frame with an aluminum corner 85×85 mm is provided.
Thanks to the design of the body, hot bakery products retain their consumer properties without being exposed to moisture. Besides, ventilation decorative grilles are provided for the organization of effective air circulation in a body. Classic vans are designed for 96, 128, 144, 180, 200 trays. Tray spacing may vary.
We have completed various variants of bread bodies, as well as a large number of calculations based on various types of chassis, including: Gazelle, Iveco,Isuzu, Ford, Peugeot, Citroen, etc. If you did not find the required chassis in this list, please contact the company’s managers, they will perform an individual calculation.
