A body with meat hanging system – a body of a special type, in which the cargo is attached to the ceiling. It has a complex design, each instance is thoroughly tested, because bodies of this type are subject to a large static and dynamic load.
The design includes guides for hooks in the ceiling part, the hooks are capable of withstanding loads from 80 to 200 kg. Sheathing is made of stacked sandwich panels or polyurethane. The flooring can be made in several versions: moisture-resistant bakelite plywood, aluminum sheets or self-leveling floor, and a layer of thermal insulation is also provided on the floor and walls. Flanging is carried out along the walls and a strap for securing goods is installed. All mechanisms interacting with meat carcasses are made of materials suitable for the food industry. Refrigeration equipment is selected depending on the volume of the van and the wishes of the customer.
